Visited on a busy sat, i had already made a online app for a specific time, had to wait awhile before getting greeted by the manager who I mentioned my name wasn't on the app list. While she checked she than put me under walk ins and said I'd be helped soon. Waited for sometime before deciding to leave bc the wait was ridiculous. Didn't feel like the manager delt with my minor issue meanwhile the ppl who are being helped continue to bs out loud wasting other valuable customers time. Not recommended

Even with an appointment the wait is scary. They take as long as you need to help you, so huge props for that. I hope I never have anything break again the week before Christmas. Friendly, polite service, even if they try to add on things you don't need if you don't read carefully.

There are 3 types of insurance, 1 standard insurance for $9 covers all damage and lost or stolen devices. 2 mobile protection plan is an add on feature for $3 that adds some cloud storage and tech support. 3. The multi device protection plan, this is $35 and covers 3 devices with the features of the mobile protection plan. The standard insurance is the most economical coverage if you are going to add one to a device.

I was first to wait to check in. An hour. Then they were nicer but the upsells are not very clear. Also they did "help me out" I had to get my upgrade, and they tried to lowball me for my trade in. A manager came over and gave me a $200 in store credit for my trade in. It just has a slight crack a hairline one.
